Additional Complimentary Services

Consistent with the options detailed previously, the following services are also available:

• We provide pre-registration, free access to two key areas:
  • Document Template Library: Browse a wide collection of legal document templates covering various purposes and needs.
  • Personal Account Section: This space allows Users/Customers to work on documents—customizing, copying, and saving them—based on their chosen service tier. A fee is required to download any completed legal document template.
• Digital Signing Service. We provide an electronic signature service, a technological tool that allows you to sign documents digitally. The primary benefit is replacing traditional handwritten signatures on contracts, agreements, invoices, and other paperwork, which streamlines processes and lowers operating costs. Important Note: This service does not guarantee compliance with formal electronic signature regulations because it is not a legally recognized digital signature. Scope and Applicability

The Companies are not considered a party to any agreement or relationship you enter into by using the templates provided on this Website.

The Companies do not review, control, edit, or monitor any document templates (especially paid ones) or any information derived from our AI functionalities. We do not verify the lawfulness, truthfulness, or current accuracy of the data included in these documents.

The User/Customer assumes sole and complete responsibility for the use of the legal documents and provided information, including the following specific situations:

• Data Accuracy: You are exclusively responsible for ensuring that all personal data and private information entered into customized legal documents is lawful, truthful, accurate, and complete. Subscription Plans

To download, save, or print the final, customized version of your legal document template, or to utilize our advanced AI technology functionalities and digital signing service, you must first register on the Website by creating a Personal Account.

By clicking the “Create account” button, you are explicitly agreeing to and become automatically bound by the Terms and Conditions governing our Services. Once your Personal Account is established, the final step to accessing these features is selecting a subscription plan for our Services.

We currently offer the following subscription plans:

• 3-Day Trial: This plan provides comprehensive access, allowing Users/Customers to customize legal documents templates, download a single copy of any customized template, access our entire document library and enjoy an unlimited use of our AI technology features and our digital signing services.

  • This plan has an “initial trial period” of 3 days for a fee, beginning on the date You receive the payment confirmation email.
  • Important: If you do not cancel the plan before this trial period ends, a recurring subscription fee will automatically activate. This fee will be charged every four weeks (four-weekly basis) to the same payment method used for the initial trial. To prevent this automatic subscription fee charge, you must cancel the subscription plan before the subsequent billing cycle begins.

• Monthly Plan: This plan provides comprehensive access, allowing Users/Customers to customize legal documents templates, download a single copy of any customized template, access our entire document library and enjoy an unlimited use of our AI technology features and our digital signing services.

  • This plan is exclusively available to Customers who have previously purchased the 3-Day Trial plan.
  • No “initial trial period” is offered with this option.
  • The subscription fee will be charged every four weeks (on a four-weekly basis) to the payment method you provided when signing up for this plan. To stop the recurring subscription fee, you must cancel the plan before the next billing cycle begins.

• Annual: This plan provides an annual comprehensive access, allowing Users/Customers to customize legal documents templates, download a single copy of any customized template, access our entire document library and enjoy an unlimited use of our AI technology features and our digital signing services. This subscription is an annual plan that does not include an initial trial period.

  • No “initial trial period” is offered with this option.
  • The subscription fee will be charged every 12 months (on an annual basis) to the payment method you provided when signing up for this plan. To stop the recurring subscription fee, you must cancel the plan before the next billing cycle begins (before the end of the last subscription month).

Other relevant information regarding your subscription plan

Restrictions on Re-enrollment

If a User/Customer has signed up for the {{Subscription_type1}} plan and subsequently canceled it, they cannot contract that service again. They are, however, still welcome to purchase any other available Services on our Website.

Plan Migration (Upgrades)

Depending on your existing subscription, we offer several ways to migrate to an updated plan (upgrade). When an upgrade is initiated:

• Your prior subscription plan will be automatically terminated.
• The conditions and characteristics of the newly selected plan will be immediately applicable upon your receipt of the subscription confirmation email.

Pricing Changes

By entering your payment information to cover the costs of your selected subscription plan, you are confirming your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, particularly the costs associated with the chosen plan. Following payment, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the subscription conditions and providing instructions on how to cancel the service.

Payment Methods

You may pay for our subscription plans using the various payment methods displayed on both our Website and/or our checkout page.

Do not attempt to pay using any method other than those specified. If you use unauthorized methods, we are not liable for any resulting loss of payment or other damages.

By confirming payment for your chosen subscription plan, you acknowledge and guarantee the following:

When you purchase a subscription to our Services, you are confirming your consent to be billed automatically on a recurring basis, depending on the chosen subscription plan.

Managing Insufficient Funds

• It is your responsibility to guarantee that your payment method is active and holds adequate funds for successful billing. Any payment difficulties must be resolved directly with your bank or financial provider.
• If your selected payment method is expiring or has been replaced, you must promptly contact Customer Service to provide updated information. You are financially obligated to cover all subscription fees while your account remains active; the Company will continue to bill your method, and you will be held responsible for any outstanding debts.

The Company bears no liability for any suspension or termination of your service membership that occurs due to your failure to comply with the payment requirements outlined above.

Exchange Rate Disclaimer

The transaction may be subject to currency exchange fees or price differentials, as assessed by the User's/Customer's bank or card issuer, depending on the transaction's origin and destination. We are not responsible for these exchange commissions or surcharges and will not compensate or refund you for fees imposed by your financial institution.

Our Merchants of Record

As the Merchant of Record, the entity responsible for processing and charging the costs of the subscription plan you selected is:

Merchant of Record Responsibilities

The designated Merchants of Record are responsible for managing the collection of the total cost of your chosen subscription plan, as well as handling any refunds that are processed or requested by Customers (see the "Refund Policy" for more details).

Invoicing Procedures

The Merchants of Record will issue an invoice for charges made, upon request to the Customer Service Team. The Customer expressly authorizes the Merchant of Record to send this invoice electronically. However, you may indicate to our Customer Service Team that you prefer a paper invoice, and we will then send it to the postal address you provide.

Confidentiality and Payment Processing

We prioritize the reliability and security of all interactions. Please note that payment card information is never stored by us; instead, it is transmitted directly through a secure connection to our external payment service provider(s). Therefore, we have no access to your full payment card data.

Restrictions on the Right of Withdrawal

In line with current legal exceptions, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once you have completed and personalized a legal document template with your private data and information. The resulting document is considered clearly personalized (custom-made), which legally exempts it from standard withdrawal rights.

Cancellation Requirements and Process

You must perform the cancellation of your subscription plan yourself; cancellations cannot be submitted by a third party on your behalf. We may ask you to provide the reason why you are canceling the subscription plan.

Incentives and Subscription Transition

• Geographic Applicability: Using the customized legal document in US States other than the one selected during the template creation process. You acknowledge that the customized document is generally applicable only in the chosen US State.

User Responsibility for Content and Outcome

The Company does not review, control, edit, monitor, or guarantee the accuracy, veracity, legality, truthfulness, completeness, or currentness of the personal data or private information you input into the customized templates.

You are solely responsible for any inaccuracies or misstatements in the information provided and for the outcome of the completed legal documents. The Company will not provide financial compensation for errors arising from your data input. This liability exemption specifically covers:
